Work hours are micromanaged, along with nearly everything else. Overtime is expected weekly, regardless of workload or urgency. All employees, including salaried, are required to clock in/out. Requesting time off for any reason is a tedious process. Upper management is set in their way of doing things and is slow to implement new ideas and improvements. Not an encouraging learning environment, expect low patience and know-it-all attitudes. Expect to get nitpicky feedback on how you do your work. Intense pressure from management to do things right and not ask questions that make them/the company look bad.

The company's failure was a direct result of the toxic mix of poor management decisions and the prevalence of favoritism and office politics within the organization. The lack of fair treatment and the manipulation of the system by those in power created an environment where unqualified individuals rose to the top, leading to a situation where unprofessionalism was rampant.
