      Pros

      Autotrader is part of Cox Automotive. They are forward thinking and innovative. I love working here and the support and people who work here are second to none. There are so many different opportunities and avenues to direct your career and they are supportive in your direction and work to help you get there.

      Cons

      Constant change that in the effort to be transparent causes angst at times but always done with a bigger picture in mind and do look out for their employees.

      Great benefits: 401k, Insurance (Low cost but subpar coverage), Pension (No longer given to new employees), and discounts across different vendors.
