      Pros

      The relationships that you establish with your dealers are amazing. Excellent communication and training from COX. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to be successful. They're one of the few companies that offer a pension, plenty of days off and incredible benefits!

      Cons

      The only "con" could be the long hiring process. But that's all I see that can be fixed. Everything else is great.
