Pros

I had multiple rounds of interviews and had a chance to speak to the founders and I am glad to be part of Auzmor. I have only been here few months but some of the negative reviews here make no sense . My experience has been great so far and I wish to be part of this time for a while . Pros 1. Nice office . 2. I get paid on time . 3. Friendly Management Three most important things as an employee of a start up that I look at .

Cons

This place is suitable only for the people with crave in reaching their goals, desperate to learn new technologies.. Sorry, others won't handle !!

Excellent CPO and CEO Excellent product and Engineering Funded for couple of years opportunity to build a product from ground up

Cons

Pantry Should be stacked with snacks If we can slow down a little A lot of employees are remote, it would help if all these role can be filled for chennai office itself

Pros

The CEO is very talented and motivates his team in the right-way. The office in Chennai and CBE region has a very good ambiance and state of the art technology. You are given all the tools to perform well and the compensation here is one of the best in the industry. If you are into hardcore sales and willing to work the night shift wherein there is no politics involved and your performance is the only parameter needed to take you to the next level then Auzmor is the place to be.

Nothing serious to be worried upon.
