Business Outlook
Pros
Its an organization that focuses on recruiting the best and letting them perform to their potential. Expectation from employees are pretty high and there is always a healthy competition amongst employees to perform and excel. Management is open to feed back from employees and an open learning environment is what makes this a great place to work and grow
Cons
The goal post keeps shifting in the name of agility. Am not sure if thats the right approach. We might want to continue to be persistent with the current way of doing things and will hopefully strike gold pretty soon.
