Pros

Great environment to learn a lot of new things every day. Exposed to new technologies and trends and keeping up to date in the market. No biased views or opinions. Freedom to express suggestions and process improvements. It was a blessing to work with the CEO who is humble enough to teach, train and help.

Cons

Work from home option is not available.
