I joined as a Product Manager and this company gave me the opportunity to do my own research to come up with a product that is acceptable within the industry. Since it was startup company, I had my own worries but my experience has been great so far and I'm happy that I decided to join the Auzmor team.

Working at Auzmor I have been allowed and unprecedented amount of freedom to do my job, how I choose, and also with a flexible schedule. As long as the work gets done, management is very open and relaxed. Rarely have I worked with an organization that respects my abilities and opinions like at Auzmor. If I have a suggestion on how something should be done, or a new initiative we should look into, I am generally always allowed to pursue that avenue and--if it proves viable--we implement it as a whole. In that vein, the freedom and respect given allows me to be creative, innovative, and productive. Since I started at Auzmor the company has asked me to develop new skills and expertise, and I have always been allowed an appropriate amount of time to do so as well as the leeway to make an occasional mistake along the way. Overall, Auzmor is a growing and exciting new company that encourages innovation and creativity from it's employees. I am happy to be working here.
