Pros
+ Solid group of employees. + Some of my former co-workers blew me away with their level of intelligence. + Little corporate politics. + Fun group of people that cater to all types of personalities + Travel can be a Pro if you like it + Solid benefits and very family oriented
Cons
- Travel can be a Con if you don't like it. - Sometimes being in State College Party town isn't always the best (since its mostly all college students). - Steep learning curve for newer employees in this field, dealing with lots of things we never learned in school or most software development jobs. - Growing pains while I worked there made enjoying everything harder. - Infrequent crunch time was a pain with 60-80 hour work weeks (this only ever happened 1-2 times during my 2 year employment)
