Pros

They promote a Fun Enjoyable Workplace (FEW Crew) for having fun and creating personal connections across employees and across departments

Cons

Management constantly contradicted each other. Supply chain and inventory is an absolute mess. Despite their constant efforts to improve office morale, everyone was continuously negative and wanted to leave. Management always would make promises but wouldn’t follow through, they were just blowing smoke

Very strong work life balance that is hard to beat and a great team to work with, I really enjoy my time here.

Cons

Sometimes the communication between departments can break down once in a while and lead to different expectations. Communication is everything.
