Pros

They promote a Fun Enjoyable Workplace (FEW Crew) for having fun and creating personal connections across employees and across departments

Cons

Management constantly contradicted each other. Supply chain and inventory is an absolute mess. Despite their constant efforts to improve office morale, everyone was continuously negative and wanted to leave. Management always would make promises but wouldn’t follow through, they were just blowing smoke

Pros

Great first job. They would have company events every month like paint ball or chili cook offs. It was a lot of fun. Work life balance was important to them. A group of people would spend summer lunches going for a bike ride. The building is very new with a kitchen and showers if needed. The work was also interesting and there’s an established software development lifecycle that made progress quick and efficient.

Cons

This may have changed, but their salary and benefits aren’t as competitive as other company’s in the area.
