Business Outlook
Pros
Avail is flexible and a very friendly place to work. The executives tout a "family atmosphere" but that atmosphere is inversely proportional to the size of the company. The company is growing, which provides great job security and the people are largely a very good group of people to work with.
Cons
Upper management often does not communicate well with the rest of their employees or even each other. Hours can often be overwhelming especially if you are in a department that is understaffed, which is usually the case. Getting the resources needed in both capitol and man hours is often difficult because most departments are already under staffed.
