Pros

Availity has some amazing people, a great product line-up, and a meaningful company mission. The compensation package is very competitive and the career/skill development opportunities are plentiful! This is a very dynamic environment so there are lots of new technologies to explore and challenges to rise to.

Cons

As it is with any company in the midst of a growth spurt, there are opportunities for process and documentation development. It is a very dynamic environment making the initial learning curve a bit steep, and it feels like an ever-moving target. The only truly negative part of the experience so far is the health care benefits leave something to be desired.

We also hear your concerns related to process improvements. In any large and growing company, it’s important that processes scale to meet that growth. However, our teams are working hard to create workflows that ensure that every Associate understands their role and how they contribute to the larger organizational goals. Finally, thank you for the feedback regarding organizational communication and onboarding. We take these comments very seriously and will work to ensure that we are continually improving the ways we communicate and help new staff get off on the right foot.
