Thank you for mentioning the learning curve. While healthcare knowledge and experience can give you a leg up in some roles, it is not a requirement for all positions. Availity is also a great entry point for those interested in starting a career in the healthcare business. Because we operate in such a complex space in healthcare, we provide several learning opportunities to help new associates get up to speed.
