      Pros

      Availity is a great place to work. Plenty of PTO and culture is great. Leadership strives to make it a great place to work.

      Cons

      There are few cons. Maybe that the lower-level jobs pay a little less than industry standard

      Management listens to concerns of workers.

      Cons

      Training during the pandemic was not good. The pay increase after 90 days comes with other stipulations.

Since going fully remote in March 2020 and continuing to embrace remote work today, we have invested so much energy into improving our onboarding and training programs.       Great Company with bright employees and a bright future

      Pros

      The employees at Availity from top of company to bottom share similar culture, values, and capacity for collaboration. There is a sense of family and collaboration here that I have not experienced in many places before. Senior leaders are approachable and personable displaying an honest investment in you and the conversation Healthcare has a wealth of challenges and it's exciting to be a part of company with its hands in so many solutions and products that aim to solve them.

      Cons

      The single Medical Plan option has some quality issues that need fixing.

Availity offers associates two medical plans, a high-deductible plan, and a PPO. Our knowledgeable benefits team reviews associate surveys and explore medical plan options to improve our offerings, so please continue to share your feedback proactively. If there is an opportunity for improvement, we want to know about it. We love the feedback on sharing information throughout the organization. We strive to drive information through quarterly All Associate Meetings, internal emails, weekly videos, Yammer, and our internal website, Availity Base. But with our new learning platform, there are even more ways for us to share the information love, and we’re on it!
