      The team is very collaborative and always willing to help. There's a strong sense of community here. The company offers great opportunities for career advancement, with plenty of training and development resources. Flexible hours and the ability to work remotely help maintain a healthy work-life balance. The leadership team is transparent, approachable, and genuinely cares about employees’ well-being. The work is challenging, and there are opportunities to work on interesting and innovative projects. Generous benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and other employee perks. A positive, inclusive, and supportive company culture makes it a pleasure to come to work every day. Employees are regularly recognized for their contributions, and there's a strong emphasis on teamwork.

      Cons

      Sometimes workloads can be heavy, requiring extra effort to meet deadlines. Communication between departments could be improved for better efficiency. The pace of change can be overwhelming at times, making it difficult to keep up. Work-life balance can occasionally be impacted by urgent deadlines.

      Overall, a good place to work with great benefits, but it can be tedious at times

      Pros

      -You'll get many benefits, such as being able to work from anywhere within the US, 'unlimited' PTO, bonus, medical insurance, and more. -They set you up with your own equipment and the quality is very high -Relatively small teams so you can feel right at home. -Coworkers are really friendly.

      Cons

      -It can be really tedious to complete your work due to limitations within the projects and the release schedules. -If you're looking for international remote work, it won't be allowed.
