It speaks volumes that you continue to enjoy the many things that make Availity a Certified Best Place to Work™– unlimited PTO, 401K options, work/life balance, and the option to work remotely, to name a few – all available on day one. Availity offers several different health benefit options to meet the diverse needs of our associates. Our benefits team works extremely hard each year to put together these packages, and they welcome your feedback. Please reach out to your HR business partner to share your thoughts on any improvements or enhancements. As a continuous improvement organization, Availity is continually working to progress. When broad changes occur, we provide numerous communications, All Associate Meetings, and Town Halls leading up to any significant announcements. We realize the change is hard for associates, but it’s necessary to keep Availity on track to stay ahead in this complex healthcare industry. We encourage associates to ask questions and discuss how changes may impact their roles with their managers. Please talk with your manager if you don’t feel informed. We appreciate all you do for Availity and are so happy you are part of the team.
