      Pros

      - coworkers and managers are great - I have felt very supported career growth-wise - unlimited PTO - It’s not the “Unlimited PTO but no one ever uses it kind” if you know you know - 401k match - instant benefits on hire - opportunities for advancement in company vertically or laterally

      Cons

      - parental leave benefits are quite behind the times

      Pros

      Up to this point, my experience in this position has been nothing short of amazing! Being part of a greenfield team comes with its own set of advantages and challenges; however, it is undeniably an exhilarating role. Availity boasts incredible benefits, and the harmony between work and personal life is exceptional. The company demonstrates a remarkable commitment to its employees by providing the necessary flexibility to address any personal matters that may arise.

      Cons

      There seems to be a lot of different tools and applications that teams use differently. Maybe some standardization could help the onboarding the experience. It's also difficult to do anything the way our computers are managed here, which I understand from a compliance/security standpoint!
