      Great vision and purpose for the company driving everything that we do. Lots of communication and engagement from senior leadership. Smart team of folks who are great collaborators. Onboarding process and materials are outstanding for new hires.

      Cons

      Still working through integrating acquired companies, but look to be on the way to success with the that.
