      Pros

      Good pay, lots of pto, lots of ot, training is thorough, supervisors care and are willing to help whenever you need it. They are understanding if you need time off

      Cons

      Expectations for raises are not clearly communicated in interview process. There is a ton of information to learn. High call volume. Very little time to complete cases

      Pros

      Availity has it together. They have the systems and people in place to get the job done. They are very forward thinking and ahead of many other companies in the same space. I've only been with the company for a few months, but I can tell Availity is transparent and puts effort into their employees wellbeing. I'm looking forward to building my career here.
