Thank you for taking the time to write a review and the five stars! We have many positive things happening at Availity, including this period of rapid growth. Our benefits and medical plans have vastly improved over the past three years. The benefits team has been phenomenal about taking in associate feedback and using it to strengthen these programs year over year. Process improvement is vital to our success during this time of growth. The good news is that we are constantly improving; the challenging part is that we have some growing pains, like periods of being reactive. These are normal, and our leadership is prepared to guide us through these challenges as we continue to grow. Again, thank you for your feedback.
