      Pros

      Great products as company continues to invest in it's people, products, partners, and culture. There is a lot of positive change taking place as the company continues to grow it's network. Good management team that is brining on high level talent and creating new roles to allow further scalability in the marketplace. Filling gaps in our solution with new partnerships that will serve us well.

      Cons

      Can be challenging to get access and answers to questions from internal people/teams. Company has a wealth of data and but historically internal teams haven't always collaborated together. Certain internal process lack a formal or standardized process

      A growing and progressive organization

      Pros

      Availity is a large and fast-paced company, but leadership has really emphasized a positive and personalized work culture. Leadership and managers do a good job of regularly taking the pulse of their team members and responding to difficulties. I have really enjoyed working with each of my team members, as well as those in different departments. The salary and benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      No major cons. Healthcare experience is useful for managing the learning curve.
