Best onboarding experience of my career. Super supportive team, rock solid leadership that embraces work life balance, and lots of room for growth. Many companies use culture as a buzz word, but Availity lives it. We cheer each other on, give each other space to grow, and deliver for our customers. I am proud to be hear.

Cons

Not really a con, but I am still early in my career here, so may have some more feedback in this area later.

-Working remotely, being able to have flexibility with my schedule. -Work/life balance, unlimited PTO for salaried employees. -Competitive pay -Management is awesome and always looking for feedback or ways to help. I truly feel like I am being set up for success. -Boss is not a micromanager, treats me like an adult that has a life outside of work. -Great team/work culture

-Not being able to see everyone in person as often (but my boss does a great job of uniting our team).
