Thank you for taking the time to write a review! Given your tenure with the company, the positive remarks on our management team means a lot. When we consider compensation, we encourage associates to look at compensation in addition to Total Rewards. Pay is significant, for sure. But so are benefits (health, dental, prescription, and vision), unlimited PTO for exempt associates, generous 401K contributions, wellness programs, workplace culture, recognition, work/life balance, career development and fulfillment, diversity and inclusion programs, volunteer hours and giving back to our communities, and more. If something is off for any of these aspects, talk to your manager. Availity is undergoing significant growth, and part of that is redefining our processes for scale. We agree that there is an opportunity to improve and operate more efficiently.
