Thanks for taking the time to share some quick thoughts. We are glad to hear that you like the office—we are very proud of our collaborative space. And yes, as a tech company, we believe in using and learning some of the latest technologies. This keeps our skills sharp, and helps us deliver high-quality products to our customers. Availity is not a publicly traded company. However, we do have a competitive 401K program to help associates plan for their future.

Like our other associates, We love this space too! But let’s roll up our sleeves and hit on some of the things you didn’t like…Availity is one of the nation’s leading healthcare technology companies. Each year, we create and distribute a strategy map that lists our operating priorities for that year—giving managers and associates direction and purpose. We’re sad that you felt you had no direction while you were here. I wish you would have spoken up. This is not a company-wide experience. Availity is a fast-paced, rapidly evolving company. While we have had restructures, we’re growing and sometimes the skills we had and needed shifted rapidly - as we’ve grown, we have realigned our teams from time-to-time to better meet the needs of our customers and our industry. Lastly, we have had a number of associates start their careers here and grow into new positions and transfer into different departments throughout the organization. There is plenty of opportunity for growth, and a long, healthy career at Availity.
