Our goal is to provide an open, inclusive environment where associates can share their frustrations with their managers and work collaboratively to resolve issues. We also encourage continuing education and learning, so I’m glad to hear that you were able to use your free time to do so. As a “fresher,” it might take a bit of time for new associates to get up-to-speed—we are a complex business. That said, achieving a healthy work/life balance is still important.
