Pros

Availity has some of the brightest and most talented individuals a technology company can ask for. There are plenty of opportunities to learn from your peers between understanding the technology and getting to know the business. The culture is amazing. Everyone wants to succeed, so there is a lot of passion that goes into our products. The new building is very Silicon Valley-esk.

Cons

Availity is behind the curve on monetizing it's data. There's buzz and known opportunity around it but still no strategic goals or investment from leadership.
