      I'm still new, but the highlights here are that: You do work that makes an impact People genuinely seem to care They appreciate the efforts This is not performative work, people are not cynical, and they lead with the best intentions.

      Cons

      Again, still quite new. But the degree to which people care can lead to bad work life balance. There may be others that reveal themselves over time.

      Good Healthcare options and unlimited vacation 3-5 weeks per year

      Cons

      They hire incompetent managers and don't replace people when they leave so the work gets dumped on other people.
