      Due to covid I haven’t been able to see the office yet, but that’s not their fault

      Great people to work with, company is financially sound, and management really cares for the staff and their work conditions

      Cons

      There is a lot of work with new contracts coming in, which is a good thing.

      Pros

      Leadership is supportive, engaged and prompts innovation . The benefits are top tier and the on-boarding process is comprehensive and structured. There are scheduled 1:1's with my one up and peer support for any questions or issues. Good work life balance. It was a great move to come to Availity and I feel blessed to be part of the Availity team. I have shared my experience with a couple of peers encouraging them to join the Availity team. That is how impressed I am with Availity.

      Cons

      Honestly, I do not have any. The only note I can share is if you are an individual that does not like engagement and communicating through technology this is not the work place for you. For me it has been a great move!
