PAY SUCKS

Pros

Decent quality of life, Unlimited PTO is nice

Cons

PAY SUCKS, HR will continue to give you the run around and claim that you are uneligible for pay increases. Even after you show them the industry standard and you are paid far below for your title

Thank you for sharing your review and for your dedication to Availity over the past few years. We appreciate your positive feedback about the quality of life and our unlimited PTO policy. We are disappointed to hear about your concerns regarding pay and HR communication. As a pay-for-performance company, your leader works collaboratively with their Human Resources Business Partner during our annual compensation process to determine merit increases. We regularly review market data through verified sources to ensure we are compensating our associates competitively. Your feedback is invaluable, and we encourage you to discuss your concerns directly with management. If you haven’t already, we also encourage you to explore opportunities for growth and learning that may help you further your career within the company. Thank you again for your time and for being a part of the Availity team.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We're disappointed that your experience was not as positive as we strive for it to be. At Availity, micro-management is not the norm, and we are committed to creating a supportive and productive work environment. We never want to hear that someone is experiencing a toxic work culture, which is also not typical here. Meetups are usually organized to ensure alignment within teams, and we always encourage associates to speak up if they feel an improvement is needed in any of our processes. Thank you for your contributions during your time with us. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors and hope you find a company culture that aligns perfectly with your values and expectations.

Pros

The unlimited PTO is good. The matching on retirement is good. There are a lot of other helpful people working there, and that's also nice.

Cons

The stress is crazy and getting worse. There is the usual corporate disconnect between high and low level employees with outrageous time expectations. They do not keep your salary competitive when you've been there a long time, and hire newcomers with less experience at higher salaries.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and for your continued commitment over the past 6 years. We're glad to hear that you value the unlimited PTO, retirement matching, and the support of your colleagues—these are all things we're proud to offer and foster within our culture. We also want to sincerely acknowledge your concerns about stress, communication gaps, and compensation. We know there are some growing pains, especially at the rapid rate of growth Availity has experienced in the last year, and we're actively working to address them. Our All-associate meetings, weekly emails from the CEO, the Bullet train operating model, and departmental town halls are just some of our communication methods to ensure team alignment. We also welcome your feedback and encourage you to discuss your ideas for improvement with your manager further. We truly appreciate you raising these issues. Your voice helps shape the future of Availity, and we're grateful to have you on the team.
