Thank you for taking the time to share your review. First, we are glad you enjoyed your work environment while you were at Availity. We respectfully disagree that our managers do not welcome criticism. Differing viewpoints can help to inform decisions and inspire new thinking. However, there is a point where it can become negative instead of constructive, which is not beneficial to anyone. We regularly solicit our associate's feedback and encourage suggestions for improvement. Many of the tools in place today were implemented or improved as a direct result of feedback from a Client Services associate. Again, thanks for your review. We wish you much success in your future!

Pros

I like Availity so far because of the Flexibility, Monday-Friday, benefits, 401k, decent pay. It seems like a company that really does care for their employees well being and I like that.

Cons

The only con I have so far is that it’s A LOT of information and you will be so stressed out when you first finish training. But if you push past that you’ll be okay.

Thanks for taking the time to provide your review. First, we DO care for our associates, and we think that's one reason we're able to attract such exceptional talent, like yourself! We try to offer the most comprehensive training we can on our products and processes so that associates feel prepared to handle the questions and requests that come in from the call center. However, no amount of training will apply to every possible scenario, and we've found that the best way to learn is by jumping in. We have people in place to support our new client service associates when they need help assisting callers, and we know that getting everything down takes time and practice.
