Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. You mention many of our favorite things—wonderful teams, diverse leadership, benefits, time off, and career growth. We couldn’t have said it better! The healthcare industry is complex, especially for those who have never worked in healthcare. But our training is designed to help everyone get up to speed in a manageable way. We do break the training up so that associates have time to use their new skills before moving on to the next phase, but we always appreciate feedback and strive to make improvements where we can. Again, thank you for your review. We are so happy to have you on our team!

Thank you for taking a moment to write a review. We appreciate your feedback and love all the positives you kindly mentioned. Healthcare is a highly complex industry, and it can be challenging for new folks to get up to speed. With that, we ask our new team members to complete the training period with as minimal interruption as possible, so they don't miss anything. Overall, we find that associates are grateful to have all the information they need to jump in with customers as quickly as they do. But we hear you, and maybe there are ways we can bring some level of flexibility to the training process. Again, thank you for your feedback. We are so glad to have you on the team!
