Great culture, good pay

Pros

Remote first culture, good benefits, pay is pretty good adjusted for cost of living and my team is awesome! Senior leaders seem to have a good head on their shoulders. Business is going well.

Cons

Nothing to complain about thus far but apparently mobility is slightly limited.

None, absolutely no cons. From 4+ years of experience with different companies this is one of the best.
