      Pros

      Ingenious technology that will only be demanded more and more as the USA tax system continues to become more and more complicated. Company has implemented a workplace environment model that supports an efficiency/quality of life equilibrium for the employees. Hires quality people with great attitudes. Has done a fantastic job growing a strong relationship with the local community.

      Cons

      Parking is limited. Being a fast growing company, it seems that there are frequent changes to find what works best (Not really a con, but has been frustrating for some from what I have seen).

      Pros

      Most of the time it's a fun environment and my manager is wonderful.

      Cons

      Pay increases are few and small even though performance reviews are very good. Key contributing positions are often overlooked for recognition.
