      Great benefits overshadowed by extreme turnover and pressure

      Pros

      Good benefits, 401K contributions, Healthcare Coverage, and PTO/Sick Time. There are some truly wonderful people at this company.

      Cons

      EXTREME Turnover. This company does not care about you, and will happily replace you if you make a mistake. I've witnessed buildings replace their WHOLE staff over the course of a year. People always leave willingly or not. This company is also extremely focused on metrics. If you do not make numbers go up, they will consider you useless, and that will be reflected in your salary. Doesn't matter if the residents LOVE you. For Concierge - You will be terminated immediately if you take a tip. This sounds insane, but after they hire you, they make you sign something saying that you don't want your legally-required breaks. Doesn't matter if you work for 16 hours straight, you are NEVER allowed to leave the desk for any time longer than 15 minutes.
