Pros

I’m not sure anymore, experience?

Cons

The company is doing everything it can to overwork employees. Cutting staff continuously from communities, not replacing staff when they leave. There’s no work life balance unless you compare it to that of retail or fast food. You can hardly take the vacation time you accrue because there’s no coverage. Upper Management has no idea of what it’s like to be on the front line, and the daily items at these communities and things we have to figure out because they won’t fix things. Even though the CEO does “visits” they spend time covering up and fixing things that should have already been done and we aren’t allowed to say how we actually feel or discuss real problems but instead are given parameters for what we can speak about. The company culture is dated, no real growth outside RS, and the resource groups are mouthpieces with no actual action being taken. It’s just not what it used to be. People use to matter but it’s all about the numbers now. The residents see it, the associates see it, maybe if corporate came out their tower once in awhile they would too.

The changes we have implemented are designed to provide more flexibility for our customers and our associates. However, we also know that it may take some time for everything and everyone to adjust. There have definitely been some challenges and we never want our associates to feel stressed about changes. We hope that you continue to provide feedback to your supervisor or HR Manager to discuss the impacts of the changes. We want our associates to feel supported. Predatory Company

Pros

Nothing. I guess I learned how corporate landlords operate to help educate Tenants and empower them.

Cons

During the pandemic they made me make predatory offers to unsuspecting tenants that didn’t know their rights. It was in violation of the CDC, I felt guilty I can’t work for this company and as soon as I was able to I resigned, I was done this company is unethical.
