      AvalonBay is a strong believer in integrity, which is a difficult quality to come by in almost anything today. The company provides each and every single associate with the training tools necessary to succeed in his or her job. AvalonBay also offers a relocation program for its associates that need a little more flexibility if they travel/move often. With over 250 communities in the country, any associate is bound to find a place that best fits his or her needs.

      Cons

      Although AvalonBay will never be the highest-paying property management company, it definitely takes care of its associates in ways that other companies could never provide.
