Pros

The support that you receive as Manager with Avalonbay is fantastic. The off-site teams that support the revenue management processes, human resource and operational support are both intelligent and caring. Many companies preach work-life balance however this company practices what they preach by putting trust in their onsite team and are consistantly looking for ways to steamline processes that would inhibit customer service. I feel honored to work for this Avalonbay and encourage others that are looking for a hospitable culture and pro-associate enviroment join this team.

Pros

This Company is one of the best companies I have worked for on many fronts they emphasize or have... Employee Development A balanced approach to work and life Good Benefits Package including stock options They hire good people to work with and for. (Not a pro or con, pay is about average for the industry.)

Cons

The only con I experienced would be the worst bonus structure of any company I have worked for in the industry.
