      Too many chefs in the kitchen

      Pros

      Good Executive Leadership with very structure future planning for stabilized growth.

      Cons

      Too many VPs and SVP and too much process. Too many decision makers involved in almost all of their processes. Complete analysis paralysis. Often times senior leaders within the same department are fragmented and do not actually know what the other leaders are doing.

      Fraternization in the workplace

      Pros

      The housing discount was a great perk.

      Cons

      The fraternization I consistently observed in the workplace was inappropriate. On one occasion, there were 4 of us in the office and 3 of them (2 of which were management) closed the office early to go to a concert, leaving me to work by myself. This was not an inclusive or supportive environment.
