• Good for building experience in hospitality • Good for networking and meeting important people

Cons

• No diversity, each property has its own culture and policies. • Do not accommodate for disabilities • No room for growth as promised. • Overwhelming scheduling. • Not unionized which means you don't have any job security. • Not allowed to accept any gratuity offers from residents which is a doorman / Concierge no no if you work in this line of business. • No work and life balance as promised. You are obligated to attend meetings on your days off. • HR & Management are usually friends & can cause a conflict of interest if you have and issues.

Been w the company 10 yrs, they couldn't care less about me or anyone I work with

None. Money? Sub par rent discount for most employees? None

Cons

Will take advantage of your good morals and work ethic, underpay all employees, treat employees like livestock instead of people, have been cutting positions to appease stock holders while absolutely running employees dry. Creating new bonus structures that do not apply to the positions being given to employees. Absolutely taking advantage, no loyalty, no compassion, businesses bottom line comes before everyone and everything. Would invest in the company, hate that I work here.
