      Pros

      Great company. Lots of events and encourages learning. Can work at any of their properties across the country. People stay long term with the company.

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity to move up. Lots of lateral movement. When new positions open then generally already know who they want for the job no matter who applies.

      Too many to list. Inequality, elitist management, training and HR are jokes.

      Good Culture, not the best pay

      Pros

      The company has great culture and you do learn a lot. The first Community Manager that I worked with was amazing! Always hands on and no work was beneath her title. Every office that I have worked in has felt like family. Everyone is really nice for the most part.

      Cons

      They literally pay less then every Property management company that I have researched. The discount is also a lot less than most companies. The work load is heavy for what you make and recently CC's have had to worry about maintaining response times that sometimes are unobtainable when you have residents who need your undivided attention.
