Limited growth - middle management positions are being removed, and senior management positions are being created by grouping a few middle management positions. This leaves very little growth opportunities for associates seeking to move up to the manager level Too many changes - change can be good, but it is overwhelming at times.

Pros

AVB is unlike any other place I've worked, From the partnerships and learning resources we have with external vendors like AWS to the work-life balance, I've found a home at AVB.

Cons

One thing to note, the Digital Team runs itself much like you would expect a lean tech company to, but AVB is a large company with some HR tools that are not as feature-rich as you are probably used to. (Good news they are working to improve this).
