Unorganized, no support from upper management, lack of communication, all the RCMs are only out to save their selves, CNAs and all nursing staff are treated very poorly by RCMs, DNS, and administration. Employees come and go out of the facility you do not even have a chance to remember their name. Employees who are terrible at their job and call off the most for some reason get treated better then the staff that works hard, works short staff and never call off or show up late. They have a Environmental Aid on who does CNA work which she is not permitted to due but they get her to. They paint rooms with residence still in them with cheap paint that has harsh fumes in them. Nurses will not lift a finger to help the aids and instead treat them like their person slave.

Avamere seems to keep the worst employees and allows the good ones to slip away. Too many druggies and not educated is what they want but place them in positions that are beyond the simplistic mind and common sense. Management the worst. .
