      Good company that takes care of their patients and reinvests in the facilities.

      Cons

      Needs to spend a little more money on employee benefits, but does a good job recognizing good employees.

      Pros

      Great residents. Good location. Vending machine in break room. Satisfactory amount of lockers. Comfortable furniture for breaks. Majority of floor staff is easy to work with.

      Cons

      Management doesn't listen to employee complaints or suggestions. Some employees receive preferential treatment. Urine soaked clothing and bedding is left in resident rooms for hours at a time. Site is unsecured - doors are left propped open or do not lock correctly.

      Pros

      Good people, management is open and easy to approach, advancement opportunities and flexible schedules. Decent pay, family like atmosphere. Employees are treated with respect and always told they are doing a good job.

      Cons

      Bad benefit package could use better medical benefits.
