Pros

Got to see the first hand horrors of being placed in a care facility.

Cons

We never had enough supplies to clean residents. Management never helped and always wanted to work us to the bone. We would have to use towels and paper towels to clean a resident up at times. The coworkers would become catty because of the overwhelming environment. Residents that would need more attention than we could give were placed at the facility but we were told to deal with it.

Pros

Coworkers are very helpful and easy to work with. The facility looks nice. I don't have anything else good to say....

Cons

Staffing shortage, scheduling changes on short notice with no communication, traning was cut in half of what I told I would get, never have the right supplies. This company runs at the bare minimum staff, and there is absolutely no communication between floor staff and upper management. I would highly recommend not working here.

Pros

Competitive wages which leads to better care staff, well kept facilities, a lot of family involvement, best memory care layout I've seen.

Cons

Little to no training provided for important positions, managers have no managerial skill, seem to be socially inept, there is no leadership or anyone to turn to for direction.
