-Management turnover was horrendous when I was here, I was at this location for about 2 years and we had several executive directors, several directors of nursing (at one point not having one for a period of time), we didn't have the human resources position filled for several months, and staffing for care coordination was all over the place. It made it hard to stay consistent with expectations for providing care. -As with every healthcare facility, staffing was terrible. Burnout rates were high, some days we ran with almost half the staff we're supposed to run according to the census numbers posted. -It felt unsafe at times, mostly due to staffing. I've had a couple work injuries (one at this location and one at a previous Avamere) that I think could've been prevented if we had safer measures implemented and had sufficient staff. Bed controls would always break as well, which was a huge fall risk issue. -Resources weren't as available, we had a few times we ran out of gloves or wipes, or very short on briefs. It took a while for us to get sufficient shower chairs, or hoyer lifts. -Union wasn't super helpful to me personally when I had a couple issues arise. I know they were to some people though so it varies.
