      Cheaper products, no OT but they call you to wrk extra days or doubles

      Pros

      The owners are great. Great mission and owners are inspirational.

      Cons

      Inadequate staffing and budgets. Quick turnover in management, most of which do not stand behind the mission and do not project the owners beliefs into the buildings. Cookie cutter budgets not reflecting building needs does not work.

      Pros

      Good clients, nice staff, great facility. Families of the residents are usually very kind.

      Cons

      "Uppity" atmosphere as most clients pay privately, management is occasionally haphazard, employee turnover is bad but not as bad as other locations
