      Good company that takes care of their patients and reinvests in the facilities.

      Needs to spend a little more money on employee benefits, but does a good job recognizing good employees.

      Union, additional training provided, benefits after six months, big company so you can move around to different facilities fairly easily.

      Cons

      High turn-over, major demands of CNA's with little compensation or understanding of the time it takes to actually do things, nearly impossible to customize schedule, old equipment, no chance of getting a raise
