      Competitive wages, excellent caring administrative team, including Ryan the current administrator. He’s a former social worker w/ great experience. He’s compassionate towards staff and patients.

      Some families and patients are rude and treat staff unfairly yet the staff respond professionally

      Pros

      I have only been with Avamere Puget Sound for six weeks and it is the best place to work. Everyone is so friendly and they have all made me feel welcome. If you are in the healthcare field I absolutely recommend work for Avamere Transitional Care of Puget Sound. You wont be disappointed.
