They have helped me advance my career and they care about me as a person. I have worked at multiple facilities and have enjoyed the staff at each and every one of them. Employees live out the mission statement and core values everyday. I am thankful for all the opportunities Avamere has given me

Working in this setting can be difficult, but it is very rewarding

Pros

The floor staff shows pride in their work and spends time getting to know their residents. The company is renovating and updating their buildings and it's great to see investment in the older buildings.

Cons

Con's are what usually is typical in a healthcare setting. Sometimes there's low staffing, or there are weeks when census is low.
