      Pros

      Good HR that has it together [good resources, quick response times, genuinely enjoyable company events], seems to care about their staff's career advancement (e.g. helping them to find projects that use tools they want experience on).

      Cons

      Like any consulting company, hell-projects exist. There are projects I saw that had people quitting the company after. Be vigilant, and you can avoid them.
